Make or buy?
After 10+ years in the sun, our lounge pillows were somewhat dated, tired and faded. Looking to buy new covers and/or pillows turned out to be impossible; no exact match was available.
Then turning to have new ones tailor made - turned out to cost the same as entire new set of furniture, incl. pillows.
Now sitting in the re-furnished lounge with a coffee, thinking that was the right decision. The new pillows and cushions are sturdy yet comfortable, and comes with a feeling of sustainability and very important: they are absolutely gourgeous!
Minutes from making that decision, knowing we would say goodbye to the existing furniture, which wasn’t marked by the years in the sun: Henriette made a bold move. “I will make new ones”. And so she did.
